Villa is divided into three private apartments, each with access to a private elevator.
Enjoy the spacious interior with a large living room, bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a kitchen area. Lounge on the sundeck with a view of the sea or by the poolside, hidden away from any distractions.

- Check-out: 08:00 – 10:00
- Opening hours of the reception: 8:00 - 22:00 h (opening hours are reduced during the low season)
- The price list includes 13% VAT (bruto/gross), HRK equivalent will be charged by the HNB middle exchange rate on the payment day.
- Tourist tax is NOT included in the price and will be charged according to the Tourist tax law article 16
- The user of Loyalty Card NCT d.o.o. get a 10% discount for accommodation in Villas Baotić, direct booking discount 5%, discount for reservations of two weeks and more 10%
- Additional bed for children under the age of 3 is free
- Pets surcharge: 20,00 EUR per pet per day
- In case of excessive soiling VILLAS BAOTIĆ reserve the right to charge extra costs for the cleaning in the amount of 100,00 EUR.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in all accommodation units. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. In the case of a breach VILLAS BAOTIĆ reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 500,00 EUR.
- A free parking space is available.
