Villa is divided into three private apartments, each with access to a private elevator.
Enjoy the spacious interior with a large living room, bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a kitchen area. Lounge on the sundeck with a view of the sea or by the poolside, hidden away from any distractions.
The stay includes a welcome drink, free parking, a 10% discount on consumption in our restaurant "Yacht Club" and free transfer on the airport-villa-airport route.

- Price list includes 13% VAT (bruto/gross), HRK equivalent will be charged by the HNB middle exchange rate on the payment day.
- Tourist tax is NOT included in the price and will be charged according to the Tourist law article 16.

- Surcharge for breakfast: 20 EUR per person for children from 2 to 7 years 16 EUR, for children up to 2 years FREE
- Surcharge for breakfast+lunch/dinner: 50 EUR per person, for children from 2 to 7 years 36 EUR, for children up to 2 years FREE
- Surcharge for breakfast+lunch+dinner: 80 EUR per person, for children from 2 to 7 years 60 EUR, for children up to 2 years FREE
- Additional bed for children under the age 3 is free
- Pet surcharge: 20 EUR per pet / per day
- In case of excessive soiling VILLAS BAOTIĆ reserve the right to charge extra costs for the cleaning in the amount of 100,00 EUR
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in all accomodation units. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. In the case of a breach VILLAS BAOTIĆ reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 500 EUR
