The stay includes a free parking.

• Check out: 08:00 – 10:00
• Price list includes 13% VAT (bruto/gross), HRK equivalent will be charged by the HNB middle exchange rate on the payment day.
• Tourist tax is NOT included in the price and will be charged according to the Turist tax law article 16 
• Discounts (PERIOD 01.07. - 31.08.) Loyalty card NCT d.o.o. users get a discount on accommodation in the amount of 10%, 15% discount for reservations of 7 days or more
• 5% discount with the receipt for transit berth in Marina Baotić, 10% discount for Loyalty card NCT d.o.o. users, discount for customers organized events in all facilities Prizma Art d.o.o. 5%, (PERIOD 01.06. - 30.06. ) and (PERIOD 01.09. - 30.09.)
• Loyalty card NCT d.o.o. users get a discount on accommodation in the amount of 15%, off-season discount 10% (PERIOD 01.10. - 31.05.)
• Surcharge for breakfast : 14,80 EUR per person, for children from 2 to 7 years 8 EUR , for children up to 2 years GRATIS 
• Surcharge for breakfast+lunch or dinner : 28,50 EUR per person, for children from 2 to 7 years 16 EUR , for children up to 2 years GRATIS 
• Surcharge for breakfast+lunch+dinner : 43,50 EUR per person, for children from 2 to 7 years 32 EUR , for children up to 2 years GRATIS
• Additional bed for children under the age of 3 is free
• Pets surcharge: 20,00 EUR per day 
• In case of excessive soiling APARTMENTS BAOTIĆ reserve the right to charge extra costs for the cleaning in the amount of 60,00 EUR. 
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in all accommodation units. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. In the case of a breach APARTMENTS BAOTIĆ reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 100,00 EUR. 
• A free parking space is available 
• Guests have access to gym, swimming pool and other marina content and use it on own responsibility
