On Friday, April 5th, a press conference was held ahead of the first Dalmatia Boat Show at Marina Baotić in Seget Donji. Optimism that the fair will become traditional was expressed at the conference by Stipe Čogelja, Deputy Prefect of the Split-Dalmatia County, Ivana Vladović, Director of the Tourist Board of the Split-Dalmatia County, Ivo Sorić, Mayor of the Municipality of Seget, and Joze Tomaš, President of the Croatian Chamber of Economy - County Chamber Split, who emphasized the importance of nautical tourism in the Croatian economy, especially for the Dalmatian region.

"We have one of the most beautiful seas in the world, an excellent location near the airport, excellent infrastructure for guest reception, and the month of April itself is pleasant for staying in these areas... We are pleased with the great response from exhibitors, among whom there are many strong global names. There will be the latest models of boats, sailboats, and luxury yachts, through a wide range of charters to a rich assortment of nautical equipment and technology. Alongside 20 premieres, we will have one global premiere, by the company More," announced Željko Baotić, the initiator of this idea.

"For visitors, we have prepared a series of surprises and really made an effort so that everyone who comes experiences something special at every step, because we want the first Dalmatia Boat Show to be absolutely unforgettable. We have a rich party program, boat tours, gastronomic delights from our top chefs; in short, it will be a true Mediterranean festival. Of course, this is not only an opportunity for the promotion of products and services but also a place for the exchange of ideas, establishing new business connections, and keeping up with the latest industry trends," conclude the organizers.
